Fine print

  1. ¹Monthly subscription. Charged $20 / month on the first day after the trial. Renews automatically on the same day each month. Credits reset at every renewal — unused credits do not roll over.
  2. ²Yearly subscription. Charged $194 / year on the first day after the trial. All 24,000 credits granted up front; remain available until the next renewal. Cancel takes effect at end of billing period; no pro-rated mid-term refund (see Refund Policy for the 14-day exception).
  3. ³Top-ups. One-time charge. Top-up credits never expire and apply to any debt before normal usage. Top-ups are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed.
  4. ⁴Trial. 3 days, $3 in credits, card required. No charge before day 4; cancel before then for nothing billed.
  5. ⁵Merchant of record. All payments processed by Polar Software Inc., who issue invoices, collect applicable taxes (GST / VAT / sales tax), and handle chargebacks on our behalf. See the Terms of Service for the full Polar clause.
  6. ⁶Currency. Listed prices are in US dollars (USD). Local currency at checkout is set by Polar based on your billing country and may differ slightly from a spot-converted USD figure.

04Billing — the desk replies

Q.When am I charged?

For subscriptions: on day 4 of your trial, then on the same day each renewal cycle. Top-ups charge immediately when you confirm them.

Q.How do I cancel?

Open Billing inside the app and click cancel. Monthly subscriptions cancel immediately; yearly subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.

Q.What happens to unused credits?

Subscription credits reset at each renewal — they do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire and survive any cancellation, refund, or plan change as long as the pack wasn’t refunded itself.

Q.Are refunds available?

Yes — within 14 days of the first paid charge, no questions asked, if substantially unused. Top-up packs are refundable only if untouched. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Q.Do prices include tax?

Listed prices are net of tax. Polar adds applicable GST, VAT, or sales tax at checkout based on your country and shows the all-in total before you confirm.

Q.Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Switch from Monthly to Yearly any time — the new plan starts immediately and the unused portion of the previous plan is pro-rated. Downgrade Yearly → Monthly takes effect at the next yearly renewal.
