Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Signal Tracker. Plain English where we can, precise language where we must. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and CODERCOPS, a sole proprietorship operated by Anurag Verma (India), the operator of Signal Tracker (“Signal Tracker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use Signal Tracker.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and in the product. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
The service
Signal Tracker is a software-as-a-service intelligence tool for founders and operators. It helps you:
- Monitor Reddit for community conversations that match keywords and a product profile you define;
- Classify and score those conversations using artificial intelligence (intent, sentiment, buying stage, fit, risk);
- Generate draft replies and post ideas using large language models, shaped by writing samples and preferences you provide;
- Optionally post replies to Reddit on your behalf, using your own Reddit account, after you explicitly approve each action.
Signal Tracker is not a Reddit product and is not endorsed by Reddit. We use Reddit’s public APIs in conjunction with credentials you provide.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Signal Tracker. By using the service, you represent that (a) you meet the age requirement, (b) you are not barred from receiving services under applicable law, and (c) you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction currently subject to comprehensive trade sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, India, or the United States.
If you use Signal Tracker on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your account
You create a Signal Tracker account by signing in with Google. We receive your email address, name, and a Google account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share your account, create accounts using automated means, or register more than one account per person except where expressly permitted. Notify us at support@signal.codercops.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription and billing
Access to Signal Tracker requires an active paid subscription. Two plans are offered: a monthly plan at USD 20 per month and a annual plan at USD 194 per year. Both renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. Each successful monthly charge grants a pre-configured allotment of usage credits that reset at the start of the next billing cycle; the annual plan grants its full annual allotment upfront, expiring at the end of the annual term.
Free trial. Eligible new users may start a 3-day free trial before the first paid billing cycle. A valid payment method is required at signup, but no charge is taken during the trial. The trial is limited to one per account and converts automatically to the chosen paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then. Cancellation during the trial prevents the conversion charge.
Plan changes. You may switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan at any time; the change takes effect immediately and the unused portion of the current monthly period is prorated as a credit against the annual charge. You may switch from the annual plan to the monthly plan at the end of the current annual term; mid-term annual-to-monthly downgrades are not refunded.
You may also purchase one-time credit top-ups at the prices displayed at checkout. Top-up credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing and are applied after the subscription allotment is used.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically. We will send a reminder before each renewal. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be made.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, you will enter a three-day grace period during which access continues and we will retry the charge. If the charge still fails after the grace period, access is suspended until payment is made or the subscription is canceled.
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Taxes, including VAT, GST, and sales tax where applicable, are calculated and collected by Polar (see below).
Polar is the Merchant of Record
Because Polar is the Merchant of Record, Polar’s Buyer Terms govern the purchase transaction itself. These Terms govern your use of the Signal Tracker service that the purchase gives you access to. Both apply.
Your content and inputs
You retain ownership of all text, settings, and materials you submit to Signal Tracker (your “Inputs”), including product descriptions, keyword lists, writing samples, brand voice preferences, saved replies, and notes.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your Inputs solely for the purpose of operating the service for you. This includes sending relevant portions of your Inputs to third-party AI providers (OpenAI and any successors) to generate suggestions on your behalf.
We do not train machine-learning models on your Inputs. We do not sell your Inputs, and we do not use them to train our own models or allow third-party providers to train their models on them. We rely on the standard API terms of our AI providers, which prohibit using API content for model training by default.
You represent and warrant that (a) you have the necessary rights to submit your Inputs, (b) your Inputs do not infringe any third-party rights, and (c) your Inputs do not violate any law.
AI-generated output
As between you and us, you own the outputs that the service generates for you, to the extent such ownership is legally possible. Because identical or similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar prompts, we cannot and do not grant you exclusivity in any output.
You are responsible for (a) reviewing every AI-generated suggestion before you act on it, (b) verifying factual claims, (c) confirming that the tone and content are appropriate for your audience, and (d) complying with the rules of the platform where you post. Do not rely on AI-generated output as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send spam, bulk promotions, astroturfing, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or content that is deceptive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts, or training data of the service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, or authentication mechanisms, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written consent;
- Use the service to build a competing product or to train any machine-learning model;
- Scrape, copy, or resell output from the service in bulk, or share your account credentials with third parties;
- Use the service to process special-category personal data (for example, health or biometric data) or data about children, or in any way that violates applicable privacy law.
Reddit compliance
Signal Tracker monitors Reddit using the Reddit API under credentials you provide. You agree to comply with Reddit’s User Agreement, Content Policy, Developer Terms, and the rules of any subreddit you post in. You are solely responsible for the content of any reply posted from your Reddit account.
We do not control Reddit, its policies, or its availability. We cannot guarantee that your account will remain in good standing on Reddit, and we are not responsible for account suspensions, post removals, karma effects, or other consequences that Reddit imposes on your account based on content you post using the service.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party providers that each have their own terms and privacy policies. By using Signal Tracker, you acknowledge the involvement of the following and agree that your use of their services is subject to their own terms: Google (sign-in), Reddit (data and posting), Polar (payments and invoicing), OpenAI and any additional AI providers we engage (inference), Sentry (error monitoring), Vercel, Railway, Neon, and Upstash (hosting and infrastructure).
A list of sub-processors and the categories of data each receives is kept current in our Privacy Notice.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Signal Tracker available and performant, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee on standard plans. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may add, modify, or remove features, change pricing, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to give you at least thirty (30) days’ notice and pro-rated refunds for unused, prepaid subscription fees.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle and your data is retained per our Privacy Notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if (a) you materially breach these Terms, (b) your use of the service creates a legal or security risk for us or others, (c) payment fails and is not cured within the grace period, or (d) we are required to do so by law or by a regulator. Where reasonable, we will give you an opportunity to cure.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that (a) AI-generated output will be accurate, truthful, or non-infringing, (b) signals will be comprehensive or timely, (c) the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or (d) defects will be corrected.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Polar for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
These limitations apply to all claims in the aggregate, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise. They do not apply to: (i) our gross negligence or willful misconduct; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (iv) your indemnification obligations; or (v) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CODERCOPS, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your Inputs or content you post through the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including Reddit’s policies or another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
We will promptly notify you of any such claim and cooperate in the defense at your expense. You will not settle any claim in a manner that imposes any obligation or liability on us without our prior written consent.
Intellectual property
Signal Tracker, including its software, models, prompts, design, copy, logos, and documentation, is owned by CODERCOPS and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted by implication or estoppel.
You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, the law, or our practices. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account and post a notice in the product at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (clarifications, typos, reformatting) take effect on posting.
If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 20 (Dispute Resolution), the courts at Bengaluru, India, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Dispute resolution
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email support@signal.codercops.com with a description of the dispute, the relief you seek, and your contact details. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter within sixty (60) days.
Arbitration for larger claims. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally and that seeks monetary relief exceeding the equivalent of INR 50,000 will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, or if no agreement is reached within thirty (30) days, by a competent court. The seat and venue of arbitration is Bengaluru, India, and the language of arbitration is English. The arbitrator’s award is final and binding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court to protect intellectual-property rights or confidential information.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence, including the right to bring a dispute before a consumer forum in your own jurisdiction where required by local law.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that most closely achieves the original intent.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or governmental orders.
- Notices. We may send notices to the email address on file for your account. You may send notices to us at support@signal.codercops.com.
- Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
